Returns & Exchanges

Do you want to return or exchange an item? Returns are possible within a period of 14 days, and the return shipping to The Elephanthouse is free within Germany.

Please note that we are happy to provide this service if gifts are not as expected or if the product arrives very differently than you imagined.
We also focus on sustainability and ask you not to order products just for viewing if you already know in advance that you will definitely return them.

You can request a return label and a return sticker via email at info.elephanthouse@gmail.com or with the form below. Please provide your order number and the items you wish to return when registering the return.

What do you need to consider for a return?

We will send you either a DHL return label or a label from Deutsche Post. This depends on the items you are returning to us. Please simply print the label and attach it to the package.

Important: We can only accept unused and undamaged items. Additionally, the items must be returned to us in their original packaging.

For shipments outside of Germany, we cannot offer free returns.

Refunds for Returns

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the return amount using the same method you used to pay. You will have the refund back on your original payment method within 6 to 8 days at the latest. It is not possible to transfer the money to another account or payment method.

For orders paid in advance, please provide us with your IBAN number and account holder for the refund.
